Description

Firstly, I am not a doctor. BUT, I have struggled with anxiety, depression, ill-health, bereavement, financial worries… the list goes on. However, that hasn’t stopped me from grabbing life by the horns, going after what I wanted and succeeding.

It’s all about mindset. Those who feel under pressure, anxious or stressed can create these huge problems in their minds that can cloud judgement and interfere with logic; causing erratic behaviour. It can even make you ill. My issues led to a bad diet, no exercise, spending more than I earned and being completely miserable. This ultimately landed me with the autoimmune condition, Rheumatoid Arthritis.

However, in 12 1/2 months, I’ve managed to put myself into remission, buy my dream home and live the life I always wanted.
