So the festivities are over, and we’re not feeling all that great. Or maybe that’s just me… Weeks and weeks of food, alcohol and (in my case) desserts for days… leave you feeling bloating and grotty.

What if I also told you that when I refer to detox, I don’t mean a smoothie or cucumber diet. I also don’t mean food limiting yourself either. When I refer to detox, I mean replacing processed and sugary foods with fruit, veg and whole foods.
